Céad míle fáilte! Thank you for visiting! I cannot believe how large the food blogging community has grown. I heard we are now 38,000 strong on Foodbuzz alone!

This is my official site for testing and posting and keeping in touch with all of you other lovely bloggers (and non-bloggers as well!) I have been fascinated with cookbooks since I first learned to read and have been playing in the kitchen since age 4. I also am guilty of planning all of my vacations based upon where I want to eat but I think this is quite normal for most, right?
