Russian Doll Aprons

Oh, my! No matter how many aprons you currently own, I'm certain you have room for one of these in your collection. I was so excited to happen upon these matryoshka aprons from Alice's Tea Cup. They're 100% cotton which I find nice because I don't feel bad wearing cute aprons when I know they will wash up right. There are 3 colors available and if you order any of them for gifts, they have some really lovely gift boxes.

Of course, now I'm thinking I would like to find my blini recipe or stir up a pot of borscht. I really love Russian and Ukrainian food, so look for recipes in coming posts.

Cutest Recipe Cards Ever

I purchased a set of owl recipe cards for my sister last year from artist Susie Ghahremani and considered them one of my favorite Etsy finds yet. So imagine my excitement when I visited Susie's Etsy shop this week and found that she makes a set with squirrels and rabbits as well! I like these cards because they're double-sided and have a space for shopping list items per each recipe. Not to mention the artwork is original and clever.

New Plates from Anthropologie

The spring Anthropologie catalog just came in the mail and of course they have something brilliant and new to tempt me with. Their De Vincennes dinnerware collection is Anthropologie exclusive from Paris artist Nathalie Lete. I'm crossing my fingers that these make it to the sale table.
